Return Window
Items may be returned within 7–10 days from the date of delivery. Beyond this period, we are unable to accept returns.
Condition of Merchandise
Returned items must be in their original condition: unused, unworn, unaltered, and accompanied by all original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase. We are unable to accept items that have been used or damaged.

Refunds
Refunds are processed to the original form of payment within 5–7 business days after the item is received and inspected. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for another size or color, please notify Client Services during your return request. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs. We will ensure a replacement or refund is arranged promptly.
